In Reply To: ..in normal times your chances would be good. IBs are appreciated, techies also. Right now, nobody can tell. You can try both: top consultants answer pretty fast. In one month you should be through the whole hiring process. I would also try BAH, and Roland Berger -the latter being good but very german. The MBA: maybe some well known one year MBA like INSEAD, or Cornell? Mind the essays and the recommendations and get a top gmat, you should make it. A 2 year mba looks to me like a loss of time. Unless it is exceptionally famous, say harvard. The MBA is a networking device, you learn the stuff on the job anyway. Good luck.
