peeps who are pro, help me with a little question....I am interview very soon with a consulting sompany and i was told attire is business casual...I don want to over -dress or under-dress.
Can anyone pleasse advise me on what to wear; is a tie necessary?

Chances are, the interviewer will be dressed business casual as well. Although it wouldn't hurt to wear a tie, I don't think it's necessary.
I'd wear a dress shirt though, with a nice pair of slacks.
