Do Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney hire experienced professionals without MBAs
as 2nd yr analysts?
I got an offer with PWC's Financial Advisory Service Division ( Primarily dealing with M&As, Project finance).
Wonder if it would be possible to switch to management consulting after 2-3 yrs? |

i have a friend working at a decent-sized McKinsey office of over 30 analysts and only 1 of those 30 have work experience, and it was only one year at a top notch company (think it was goldman). so think that answers your question.
