Do Mckinsey, Bain, BCG, Kearney hire experienced professionals without MBAs
as 2nd yr analysts?
I got an offer with PWC's Financial Advisory Service Division ( Primarily dealing with M&As, Project finance).
Wonder if it would be possible to switch to management consulting after 2-3 yrs? |

You don't mention what you have been doing previously but the answer to your question is yes. Of course McKinsey hire experienced people without MBAs. They often like people to have an MBA or some form of education beyong a BA or BSc but this is not a prerequisite.
I seriously doubt they hire experienced people into the 2nd year of an analyst type program though. If you are experienced you should have enough experience for a vaguely senior role. If you only have a years experience or so calling yourself experienced is stretching it a bit...
