Dear All,
I have great work experience and I've been told by recruiters that my resume looks impressive, but unfortunately my high school grades are not great and I feel as if I am fighting a losing battle.
What can I do to impress the recruiters. I've still got a few MC companies to apply to, and I really need some good tips.

No MC firm cares a dime about your high school grades, except maybe your SAT (which carries very little weight). The only exception is if you went to a very well-known high school, and even then they still don't care how you did.
That said, are you referring to your college grades?
