For interviews, I actually liked Risel's McKinsey Way a bit better than McKinsey Mind. Dangerous Companies (O'shea) has some interesting consulting vignettes that you may be able to glean some tidbits from, and otherwise is pretty amusing. A review of micro-econ might be useful depending on your background. The Portable MBA could similarly be useful depending on your background. And Vault and Wetfeet have numerous guides with sample cases and things to think about.
Good luck!

Just read the Wall St. Journal every day for a year--especially one of the front page articles--and you'll be able to ace any case. Whatever the fee is for a yearly membership to Dow Jones Interactive, it's worth it.
Case study books are counterproductive because the recruiter will see right through you if you try to force the case onto a framework they use. We specifically design cases so that they don't fit one of those frameworks.
