You aren't still in school? then you will probably have a problem getting into the top firms. They typically like fresh college grads. If your current job is "decent" then that doesn't quite cut it. |

By "decent", I should say that I work for one of the big three (BCG, Bain, or McKinsey) in a non-consulting, non-administrative role. Are there any firms that are more receptive to the freshly graduated?
