I recently graduated from a top 3 liberal arts school with honors (magna cum laude and phi beta kappa). For the second time, I applied this fall to all of the top firms and was still not even given a first round interview at all but one firm. What does it take to get in the door? It seems like I have all the credentials for first rounds: top grades, leadership experience, internships, interesting/unique experiences, etc... What gives? I don't understand what else I can do. FYI- I have a pretty decent job now, in a great firm, so I don't think that's the problem.

You aren't still in school? then you will probably have a problem getting into the top firms. They typically like fresh college grads. If your current job is "decent" then that doesn't quite cut it.
