Thanks for the support.
When you say "making a formal complaint", to whom do you mean? To the EEOC? To the HR people at the firm.
To answer your first question, I would only want to work there for 1-2 years to get the firm name on my resume and get the experience. I would not make it my career.

1) lying. Don't blame me for not believing you; I'm usually on the Ibanking board, and this crap is up there all the time.
2) Missing the point. Ever heard of the "stress" part of the interview? Poise, baby. That's what they wanted to see. Not your balding head beading with sweat or disdain.
If something like this happens again ( or if the interviewer falls asleep, or begins yelling at you, etc.), don't flinch; smile and play along.
