In Reply To: what type of characteristics does a consultant have that make him so valuable? also what type of characteristics do recruiters look for in a undergraduate when applying for an internship or job. any input would be appreciated. thanks
Message: I think that most people can list off all of the usual... people skills, analytical, self-starter, etc. But it all boils down to this when competing for these great internships and positions. You've got relevant top notch experience (it better be a brand name) and you come off very confident (though not arrogant). Those are pretty much the differentiators. The rest are givens for most jobs.
