In Reply To: what type of characteristics does a consultant have that make him so valuable? also what type of characteristics do recruiters look for in a undergraduate when applying for an internship or job. any input would be appreciated. thanks
Message: Here is are the things that consulting firms look for: 1. good people's skills 2. good analytical skills [after all you will be looking at them spreadsheets for long periods of time :-)]+ can logically work through a problem. 3. self-motivated 4. capable of independent thought. P.S. I hope your Bruin team defeats WA St. :-)
