Please post your offer numbers for reference (analyst and associate)!
Analyst numbers:
Bain:
$53,000 base
$3,000 signing
$10,000 bonus
Parthenon:
$52,000 base
$5,000 signing
$10-15K bonus (pro-rated for first three months)
From what I've heard and seen so far, Parthenon is offering the most $$$. Bain is still hiring in masses. McKinsey, Booz and BCG are hurting and not hiring much.
