The McKinsey Way was weak (the author had like 2 years experience and it all seemed to be for financial services clients), but it definitely outlined many key consulting concepts with more street smarts than you get in training. You could read it in a couple hours... might be worth it. The definitive book on M/B/B has not been written, but I doubt it will be.
