Hi,
I'm trying to do a case study about organizational learning and resistance to change on a change project that is supervised by a consultancy (preferably in the UK). I have problems getting access and am turned down often on such reasons as the recession and lack of interest. Any suggestions on how to approach this? |

I don't know how to get access. But if you are going to publish something new and interesting on this tired subject, I suggest this:
Divide the resistance to change into justified and unjustified resistance.
For instance, people who lose power have justified resistance to change. Same thing with people who decide that the latest change is just more foo-foo management silliness.
Would make an interesting slant to look at it this way.
