i would also like to know what exit opportunities there are for consultants (top 5 consulting but not McK, BCG, BAin) BUT after an undergrad program. ie.. 2 yrs. consulting after undergrad and before MBA.
ex-consultants, please share what y'all are up to.

Sorry - I can only speak to McK
My spouse is a McK engagment manager of 3 years tenure(Team leader) who is loved by the client. They have offered a package of $200K, a $200K signing bonus and a 35% bonus; the position is director level for a Fortune 500 financial services firm. A competitor of the client offered a 175K package out of the blue, with a 40% bonus possibility.
BTW, the decision is to stay at McK. For others, the decisions vary; numerous people have left for various dotcoms. In their cases the salaries are typically much less, but they are getting big stock options in case of IPOs.
