I am interested to hear what the comp levels are for consultants say 3-5 years out. Anyone with any insight?

My spouse is a Engagement Manager with McKinsey; 3 years out of a top 5 business school, 10 years of real world financial services experience. The current client just offered my spouse a job with a 200K base, 200K signing bonus in stock options and a 35% bonus.
Believe it or not, we turned it down, as the experience being built up at McK is invaluable and more offers will come. Further, we are considering going for partner, a mere 3 years away.
As an EM, depending on how evaluated, we expect a salary and bonus at McK in the 200K range.
Please pardon the awkward writing. I am trying to avoid any info that would let anyone identify us. I hope this helps.
