I am a graduate student (Masters in business related field but not MBA) entering Strategy Consulting field (Top 3 Firm) as an Analyst. I was promised a fast track option.
Does this mean I would defintely be promoted to the Associate position without getting an MBA (obviously subject to my performance)?
Does my growth in the firm depend on getting an MBA?
