Message: I work for Peterson Consulting, which is under the Navigant umbrella. All I can say is that unless you want to pursue a career in litigation support or data management, run far, far away from this company. The firm has a poor track record in attracting intellectually stimulating and high value added work -- those are generally won by the Big 5's ...errr Big 4's. Moreover, Navigant is not big into continuing education. So if you actually wanted to stimulate your brain outside of work, all they offer is a pathetic $3,000 tuition reimbursement policy with a LOT of fine print. There are VERY few truly talented people in this company. Those few are quickly turned into outcasts by the others who somehow managed to climb to key positions simply by sticking around and working the system.
