How much number crunching? |

Although I have been to business school, and worked in tax, and passed the CPA exam, I do NOT want to get into a job where I am doing compliance work or crunching numbers all day.
Can someone please give me an accurate picture of this area of consulting: maybe use percentages to divide up a typical day regarding how one's time is spent?
