Hello,
I'm graduating from a not very well known University in Canada, with an Operations management degree. I have no work experience.
What are my chances of getting a business analyst job with any of the Management and Strategy Consulting firms?
Would I have better luck applying for a job at the big 5 or small boutique firms?
Should I get a MBA or a MAsters in operations research?

How have you come to be a university graduate yet have "no work experience"? What did you spend your summers doing? Tell us what summer jobs you've had, what jobs you've had while earning your degree, etc., and maybe somebody can offer you advice. If you've seriously never made a loony for yourself, then you don't need to become a consultant--you should devote yourself to living off your parents.
However, I suspect that that is not the case. Waitressing, making copies, and mowing lawns can all be made to look interesting on a CV (just be careful that it doesn't look like complete BS).
If your work experience section of the CV is slight, DO NOT get any further education. You risk being "overeducated" with no real world experience. Your CV is like a chain, only as strong as its weakest section.
