I am an undergraduate at Syracuse University studying the roles of women in the top consuling firms. I am interested in knowing the percentages of women hires at various levels within the firm (i.e. Bain, McKinsey, BCG, Mercer, Ernst and Young, or Anderson, etc.) I would greatly appreciate any information regarding the role of women in your respective firms and also any information pertaining to the diversity programs initiated for women in particular. Thanks in advance for opening up an open discussion about this topic, and I will hope communicate back and forth regarding any of your first hand experiences/observations.
