Consulting with a MA in Org Psych? |

I'm a MA student at an IVY who'll be getting a degree in Organizational Psychology. I'm taking classes such as Conflict Resolution, HR Management, Group Dynamics, Functions of Organizations, etc. When I'm finished I would like to get into Management Consulting, but I feel as though I don't stand a chance against an MBA when it comes down to getting my foot in the door, ie:interview, offer, internship, etc., even though I could definetely hang with them (if you catch my drift)!
ANY INFO, ADVICE, would be much appreciated, especially on obtaining an internship or summer position with a top 50 consulting firm. I figure that's the best way of getting your foot in the door and allowing me to realize if I will hate it there in the longrun! If you're in the NYC Area and work for a firm that is hiring or looking for summer people, lemme know!!! Thanks!
