Finding a MC job late |

I'm graduating from UPenn with a BA International Relations this May. I've only recently decided that I'd like to do MC but most of them have already swept through with their presentations and interviews. Is there any likelihood of finding a good job with a firm for Fall 2000? If so, does anyone have advice as to how to approach these firms? Thanks, any advice is welcome.
