Greetings. I am a board certified, licensed MD who spend 7 years in clinical practice. I got bored with my career and decided to do my MBA which I just finished. I'm looking into management consulting for biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare. I live in San Francisco. Any suggestions as to how to break into the field and good companies to work for? I'm looking at smaller local firms as well as the big players. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks! PS - I have a low tolerance for unethical behavior. Is this a problem in the industry?
