Yep... the other keywords: 3 black hats.
1. P1 can't tell if P2 and P3 are both wearing black hats.
2. P2 can't tell if P1 and P3 are wearing black hats.
3. Since P1 and P2 can't tell, then both their hats can be either 2 black hats or 2 red hats - both cases leading to Mr. Prisoner 3 wearing a black hat.
