I am a management consulting hopeful, recently accepted to a couple of top MBA programs. Given the NGD policy at the school to which I will likely matriculate, I was wondering if anybody had insight to whether or not I should retake the GMAT to improve my chances landing an internship next year. My original score was a 730 -- taken several years ago when a 730 was above average, and I believe that I can add 30-40 points with a little bit of effort. Would the difference between a 730 and a 760+ (a) improve my chances of receiving an an interview, or (b) affect my evaluation post-interview?
