You can definitely get into a top 5-10-20 MBA program after working in the Big 5.
The Big 5 are, relative to the mass of U S industry, relatively selective, they provide good training in business, if you stay 4 years you will have passed the CPA, which again indicates a level of achievement.
At that point, getting into a top 10 MBA should not be an issue if you have the GMAT grades & have a good "story" on what an MBA will do for you (for your applications).
Most of the top 10 school applicatant have 3-5 years pre MBA experience, so use that as a guidelines as to when you should apply.

Now, when you graduate after 6 years, you will be 33 ... and you may or may not wish to start the grind of a lifestyle that junior strategy consultants go through. However, you can make that decision when youy get there. And, after a CPA & top 10 MBA, you should have many options in addition to consulting, if you decide that you want something else by then.
