I can't help on the assessment day you are going through, but I can direct you to some of their competitors. Wm M is generally considered to be the HR consulting arm of the Marsh empire. Some of their bigger competitors are Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, Buck Consulting, Hewitt & Associates, and AON consulting.
