All three are good firms but with different strengths and weaknesses. It is a difficult decision - but, selecting one shouldn't preclude you from talking with them again next year. In deciding, you need to do an assessment for yourself. Factors that I considered were (not in any order):
1. Type of work - 'pure' strategy vs. process / operational work, , etc.
2. Type of clients - would I be able to work in areas / industries that interested me?
3. People - you will spend a lot of time with these folks; where do you see yourself fitting in better?
4. Career plan - where do you see yourself in 5, 10 years?
5. Skills - where will you develop skills that will be valued by the market? Find out what opportunities associates, mgrs get.
6. Lifestyle - what mix of work/life balance are you looking for?
7. Mentors - did I meet people who I felt would be good mentors or role models? did I meet people that were interested in my LT career goals, etc.
