I'm a graduating senior that was hoping to get some feedback about which offer I should accept...I have offers from Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch in their IT leadership programs and from CSC consulting, Andersen consulting, Arthur Andersen business consulting and Answerthink consulting...I feel very lucky to have the opportunity to work at any of these firms, but am looking for any information to help me out in making a choice...Thanks for any comments/concerns that can be made!

Regarding your many choices, congratulations! You are lucky and well deserving to have so many offers. The one, in my opinion, that will offer you the broadest exposure as well as variety and in-depth knowledge of financial services and IT is at Merrill Lynch. You can always go to a consulting firm later, but job security at IT areas at these firms is not the best and you don't want to have to leave before your "apprenticeship" is done. Good luck. Let us know about your decision.
