I heard that ADL is not doing very well and they would be folding up soon...is that true? CAn someone confirm this?

ADL has been doing badly for the last 2-3 years.
There have been multiple CEOs, recruiting of mid-to-senior people has been on hold, etc.
This has been in the news for quite a while ... literaly years.
Getting to the brink of bankruptcy is a new low, of course.
