Do not use Allen & Associates. I spent $1,600 with them and they did nothing. They "created" a resume that was barely literate, which I had to correct 3 timer. Their alleged "database" of companies wanting to hire is just a list of any company. The only response I got at all was rejections. Their phone answering service didn't even give me the one call I got.

I had to post this -- I used Allen and Associates in 1997-1998 and had the same experience -- charged money, wrote a terrible resume and then mailed it to a database of companies. I had not one positive response.
A total waste of money. Not a very professional firm at all!
