How is the comp package different between leading consulting firms, especially between BCG and Bain for 1st yr consultant?
And how does the comp growth look like in the afterwards fews yrs? I mean on average.
BCG has project leaders and then manager while Bain's consultant can be directly promoted to manager, how does the comp differ between the BCG project leader and Bain manager?

I am assuming that you are 1st yr out of B-school so this might not be of interest, but M/B/B are all the same in terms of salary and signing this year for 1st yr out of U-grad in the US.
