I'd appreciate input on the following:
I was recently made an offer by a strategy firm for a position that is somewhere in between a BA and a new MBA hire. I have an MA in IR and several years of experience in economic analysis and market research (since getting my MA). For others who have been hired out of similar backgrounds, what sort of starting salary/compensation is typical? |

If it was a non-MBA grad degree from a recognized top tier school, my $.02 worth is that with the experience you mentioned, it should be worth at the very least $65 k + 10k signing bonus. Will you favor us with the amount and firm it's with ?
