What is the deal on HR consulting in the US. I came over six months ago form Europe. Over there HayGroup is market leader. In the US Hewitt, Towers and Mercer all claim to be market leaders in stead of Hay(I know HayGroup is market leader worldwide. Does anyone have reliable data on this issue? |

What exactly do you mean by market leader??? My understanding is that Hewitt Associates is currently the market leader, based on revenues and sheer size (# of employees and clients). Towers and Mercer, however, are moving more towards true HR consulting, while Hewitt is primarily involved in the administration of client plans.
