Do experienced hires usually get offered a signing bonus?
I have an offer from a strategy firm but no signing bonus. |

I received two offers from three big five firms in the Midwest.
I have 9 yrs in Mfg/Sales
Part time MBA in Supply Chain Management
1st offer- 85K + 20 K signing
2nd offer-90K + 20 K signing
3nd offer- 110K + 30K signing.
3rd offer is from the strat group of that firm. Guess which one I'm going for? I did an after-tax IRR, five years out for ditching my job and finishing up in 1 year; 91% per year . Beat that, S&P 500!!!
