I want to raise my kids in a peaceful society.
I accept your post. I do NOT want to go into Afghanistan or anywhere else and start randomly bombing innocent people. I think that we need to try to get the people who killed the people at the WTC and try to not create more terrorists.
But, I do not agree that English is the language of the elite in America. It is the language of everyone. If one does not speak English, one will be forced into a menial job. Surely you agree with that, don't you? If you don't, please tell me where I can find a job that pays over $100K where I don't have to speak in English in America.

Just a wild guess for your neighbor's names.
I agree with you on the over $100K English jobs, and this is also becoming true in Europe, Latin America and Asia. The "elite" thing was just provocative.
Now. You told me what you wanted to do (raise your kids in a ppeaceful society - and so do I, and so do probably the majority of Afghans). You told me how it shouldn't be done (irresponsible blind bombings). I'd like to hear from you what you think should be done.
Any thoughts?
