It is not a matter of winning or not. It is just a matter of humanity. Yours,mine, everyone's facing children dying of famine, war ...The only ones that can win are these children.
Arguing on which one is the less cheap will help noone. I am sorry I oriented the discussion on this way. My only purpose was to explain that nothing is black or white. Sorry.
I guess we should all think on what is the best way for us, occidental countries, as a civilization, to help this countries to find their way to peace and, if they decide so, to democracy.
PS: This "everyone hate USA" syndrome is unappropriate. First, it is not true. You just have to look the number of foreign people who live in this country (I am one of them). Second, it is an easy escape for not answering to criticisms. Confrontation of idea is the motor of a democracy. Without confrontation of idea, there is no democracy.

If you were the president of the US, what would you do? (remember you have to be realistic enough to manage americans' expectations)
