I'm an Oxbridge graduate who's nearly finished their first year in a UK consultancy. I want to move on (based upon facts rather than short-term whims and preferences) as the strategic direction, culture and pace of the company do not suit my capacity or career plan. I'd like to go to the US, but given the current econ conditions and my inexperience, what are my chances?
