Dear Rambo,
Even Mr. Kissinger admits it: terrorist attacks is merely a consequence of the way America conducted its foreign policy.
The best way to prevent such things to happen is to act on the roots of the problem, not to try to kill/destroy/erradicate the symptoms by all means. May I suggest that you use that US$ 40 Billion to help poorer countries develop their economy and naturally become democracies (I mean: their democracies, not an american model transposed to another country).
Having lived in America for a certain period of time, I can say that most americans don't have a clue of what's going on outside their country, or how their government is handling international matters. Time to wake up and have a truely global perspective? |

Why doesn't your country help other countries establish democracies and give them money? Why should it be up to the USA?
