Are you inferring that there are firms in Europe that are hiring? If so, which ones (esp. in London)?

Sorry, I have little detail but, from what I can see, there are 3 categories:
-some firms like McKinsey are still hiring, though at a much lower pace. They will always hire to maintain their pyramidal structure, maintain a presence in core schools and force attrition.
-some have a hiring freeze but need to hire specialists for specific projects (often they have laid off too much...). I think it is the case for ATK, Booz, Mercer, CGEY and many more.
-some are just trying to survive (ADL, most e-consultants)
