If you ahve an offer with both of them them I would stick with the Accenture deal - However if you have not recieved offers - then I would not worry about it - If you have an offer from PWC then your start date will probably be pushed back - GO to a smaller niche firm - be a bigger fish - gain more usuability - PRTM is a good firm that deals specifically with hi tech engagements - Just something to think about!
