no disrespect, but Accenture and McKinsey are on two entirely different levels when it comes to Strategy. And unlike Accenture when the strategy group is distinct from the rest of the company, McKinsey offers every consultant the opportunity to get involved in high-level strategy work. |

The original message was asking about tech consulting. Geez... these Mckinsey people are so defensive. I work in strat consulting, but have friends working for both companies. The ones at Accenture seem much happier (for what it's worth). I think Accenture has a very strong name in the market.
