First - everywhere I look (in the webpages of the companies) it seems to me that today no company hires (especially in the Strategy Consulting field)... Are we in such a bad time?
Second - can anyone tell me what is 'SAP Consulting'

So I suggest you clean up your spelling and grammar. All things equal I would bin your CV rather than read it if it was as badly executed as your post.
Consulting is about execution, and your post doesn't reflect that, sad to say.
SAP is a software package originally used in business process automation. It blows hot and cold but isn't a bad thing to know about.
