As a recent undergraduate and current employee at Andersen Consulting, is the fallacy that all employees leave after 2 years for greener pastures true. If true, could some people describe some of their current positions and at which companies. For example, do people leave for Cisco, Microsoft, or other BIG 5 firms?

AC is like any other firm. It has its upsides and its downsides. People go to all different kinds of companies afterwards. Those who want stability usually head corporate (Ford, BASF, etc.) Those who are overachievers usually go startup (if techies) or McK, Monitor, etc. (if strat focused).
