D&T only gives bonuses to Manager level and above and yes Andersen does give OT... bad news is it is on the way out from what I hear.

I think the OT pay at AC was a major part of the culture there. Getting rid of it will be a mistake for them.
My brother in law now works for AA (audit) -- no OT there. He works something like 40 hrs/week most of the time. He says the tax guys might go up to 60/week around May and April. When I started at AC ('93) the AA guys worked nearly as hard as we did. Now they don't.
If getting rid of the OT affects the same change at AC as it did at AA, then I think AC will lose a lot of the competitive advantage it's enjoyed from it's corporate culture. From my experience, AC people work harder than McKinsey people. That's a pretty strong statement of Andersen's asset here. I wonder if they'll blow it.
