Good day to everyone !
I am working for a fortune 1000 company who
in the last 90 days has caused three things to happen.
1.Alienation of one of my High Profile customers due to the lack of tolls and support.
2.Delaying my expense checks for up to 45 days and Payroll check 6 dyas late.
Haven't kept their word on mileage reimbursement.
3.Laptop's are broken and disrepair that they have given me and the PC's are about the same. In addition to my duties I have
been everything from Warehouse Mgr. to
recptionist to Property Manager for the office.
They haven't given me any written warnings no evaluations and no termination notice paperwork .My status from payroll is that
"I am on the Payroll " I specifically asked them if I was on a "leave of abscence with pay " or "suspended with pay " and again
they tell me "I am on the payroll with no termination paperwork turned in "
Any suggestions on my approach ?
I wrote a letter to the HR Director and the
President of the company last week and they HAVE BEEN SILENT
