I met with the person I knew at McKinsey and he's agreed to set me up with an interview "when I'm ready". He kind of coached me as to what they want, what will happen, etc.
Anyway, he says timing's not a problem. They look for people 365 days a year.
What about the other firms? I can't believe that people like PwC wants 4,000 people and will hire them all in May.
