Reverse Grade Situation |

I find myself in a difficult position that involves grades but with a slightly different spin. I did really well during the first two years of college (3.8 GPA at a top 25 public university) but ever since I've transferred to the undergraduate business school, I have found myself doing poorly academically (I define poorly as a 3.3 level, which I'm assuming many consulting firms would too). Part of that may come from the fact that I have gotten more involved in on-campus activities, but a lot may derive from the fact that my courses have gotten harder. I did not seek out easy courses over my first two years, but looking back, they were a lot easier than my current ones. I have absolutely no summer experience, and was wondering if this downward trend in grades would affect my chances of getting hired at a well known consulting firm. Any input wold be appreciated.
