I am a diamond new hire who had my start date pushed for 4 months. Should I be looking for anohter job? I turned down other good offers to join diamond since I liked the people and the company. I really wanted to know what the odds are of me not having a job on my revised start date. They are paying us a stipend until our new start dates but I am still worried. |

Diamond pulled back some offers, they have slowly tried to push some people out (without an actual layoff).
I imagine if a layoff happens... you will be top of the list.
